    According to dog experts and reseachers, dogs tail-wagging is a sign of strong emotion. In lots of dogs, it usually equates to happiness, but some other situation, it can also mean the dog is concerned or cautious about new environment. Some dogs wag their tails when they’re feeling threatened. So you should always be cautious while approaching an unfamiliar dog.
